Main duties of the job • Team Leadership & Training: Manage, train, and appraise admin staff. • Administrative Support: Provide flexible secretarial services and cover as needed. • Financial Tasks: Process invoices, assist with debt recovery, and monitor income/contracts. • Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise training events and take minutes for key meetings. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and ensure confidentiality. • Quality & Compliance: Contribute to audits, follow SOPs, and uphold safety standards. • General Admin Duties: Handle correspondence, manage stock, and support daily operations.
