At this firm they want their staff to get better at what they do. It's a core belief from the HR Director down that happy, empowered staff are the most productive and fulfilled. And to keep those individuals at the firm one thing they have to do well is ensure they learn and develop.
Here that might mean an environment where you can be the best possible administrator possible. Or if you want to progress the firm have different tiers in place so you can move up e.g. from admin to a specialism. As part of an ambitious, acquisitive firm as they grow so will the opportunities available to you, although that's more medium-long term.
As for the job itself, you'll work with the team to provide a first-class service to the firm's 180 corporate clients. This means you'll spend plenty of time building relationships with those clients, getting to know them inside out. A key part of the job will be problem-solving, helping with queries from clients, advisers, colleagues, and product providers. And you'll also make sure to administer the schemes to a very high level (e.g. new joiners to pension schemes).
There's a salary of up to £38,000 (there is some flexibility for the right people) plus:
* Company bonus scheme
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
* Workplace health scheme
* Support with exams (e.g. GR1 if you don't already have it)
* Generous leave package + office shutdown between Christmas and New Year
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You'll need experience of working in a pension admin/corporate benefits role. Ideally, this experience will stretch back for a couple of years but there is some flexibility here.
It's a small team of five currently so you'll be comfortable with that. But this specialist team is part of a much bigger, growing organisation, so you'll be good with change too.
