Responsibilities:
* Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to accurately predict future demand and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
* Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales / production plan in timing and quantities.
* Setting safety stock levels and inventory modeling to ensure optimal stock levels in compliance with company's KPIs, adjusting forecasts based on changing demand and supply conditions.
* Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IBP to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.
* Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment.
* Provide the internal customer team with detailed status updates on the availability of critical products within the portfolio.
* Generate regular reports, track forecast accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences) OR
Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years’ experience in SCM functions.
* 2 years’ experience in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data are required.
* Excel Mastery and MS Office knowledge at a relevant level.
* Knowledge of SAP, IBP and BI.
