In this crucial role, you will report directly to the Financial Controller, overseeing the company's financial management and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Your new role Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include: Recording daily financial transactions and completing the posting process. Monitoring and managing accounts receivable. Following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. What you'll need to succeed To qualify for this position, you should have 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using accounting software and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with other office management tools. We seek individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
