Your role as Team Leader / Supervisor:
We are looking for a talented, motivated and passionate Front of House Team Leader to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.
Team Leader duties include:
* Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
* Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
* Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
* Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
* Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
* Being a supportive and proactive leader
You will need to demonstrate:
* Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
* Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
* A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
