Their cloud-based platform leverages big data to allow clients to plan, optimize, and measure their compliance strategies efficiently. Our client is seeking an experienced Partnerships Sales Director to support the Sales Team in scaling the business, a leading solution in the RegTech industry. This role is vital for driving the client’s growth through strategic partnerships and sales in the RegTech sector, requiring a combination of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management skills. Core Responsibilities Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth Develop and execute strategies to enhance partnership opportunities and sales performance Scout for potential partners, negotiate terms, and establish long-term collaborations Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefits Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project execution Monitor and support the implementation of partnership agreements Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic partnerships Leverage partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence and product offerings Drive new business development and explore new market opportunities Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the RegTech space Align partnership strategies with market needs and company objectives Prepare and deliver compelling partnership proposals and presentations Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful partnerships Provide regular updates and reports on partnership activities and outcomes to senior management What You Need 5 years of proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in the SaaS or RegTech sectors Achieved 2-1 in bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with partners and internal teams Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously Strong organisational and time-management skills
