The role An experienced Instructor and Lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery to deliver high-quality teaching and training to students at levels 1, 2, and 3, including apprentices, within the construction department at their campus based in Warwick. Hours: Mon-Fri 37 hours You will take responsibility for: Delivering theoretical instruction in carpentry and joinery to students and apprentices. Teaching and assessing learners at levels 1, 2, and 3, ensuring they meet learning objectives and industry standards. Performing Instructor Technician duties within the construction department as required. Supporting and mentoring students to achieve their full potential. Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and complying with educational standards and procedures. What you need It is ESSENTIAL for the successful Production Manager to have the following: A Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline (Carpentry and Joinery). Demonstrable experience in carpentry and joinery. Proven relevant teaching experience Up to date knowledge of all current industry standards and practices An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months is required for this role. Other DESIRABLE skills include: A relevant teaching or A1 Assessors qualification or willingness to work towards obtaining one. Experience working in an education setting.
