The Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Consultant
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering relationships within the education sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing exceptional candidates in temporary, long-term, and permanent roles.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, building a robust pipeline of candidates, and providing outstanding support throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage relationships with educational institutions to understand their staffing requirements.
2. Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and client needs.
4. Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and driving overall sales performance.
5. Provide exceptional candidate experiences to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and best practices are upheld.
7. Act as a mentor to junior staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
2. Strong business development and relationship management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
6. Proficient with recruitment software and online recruitment tools.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

1. £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus commission
