Salary: SCP 27-30 (£38,189 £42,275) per annum
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2026
Work pattern: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Agile home-based worker with travel to local offices when required

About the role
Wheatley Homes South, part of Wheatley Group, provides affordable housing and outstanding services for people in its communities across the Dumfries and Galloway.
Our Repairs Teams, delivers a repairs and maintenance service for Wheatley’s customers in the south of Scotland.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work and will help us achieve our targets for response times, re-letting times, getting repairs right first time and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently planning and scheduling reactive repairs, void works and compliance work activities, alongside other associated business projects. The role will also require you to manage trade operative diaries using our IT systems and maximise the service, performance, value for money and communication to ensure the highest level of customer excellence.
You will also have had previous experience in the housing sector.
