Responsibilities You will be a proactive problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction. Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions. Collaborate with clients to understand and resolve their technical challenges. Document and track issues in a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Work closely with the development team to escalate complex problems and implement solutions. Provide feedback to enhance product offerings based on customer interactions and technical challenges. Participate in training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform. Requirements Technical Skills Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools. Knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage. Additional Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
