Mechanical Project Manager - North West FM Company
We design, build, and maintain environments that thrive. We're looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with a keen focus on quality, detail, and communication to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
1. Manage projects on-site, ranging from £1k to £2m.
2. Own the delivery of all project activities, coordinating between subcontractors and internal teams.
3. Work with the Contracts Manager to turn project plans into reality.
4. Ensure smooth operations by resolving service clashes and providing technical support.
5. Lead progress meetings, manage variations, and produce O&M and H&S documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and build construction teams.
2. Oversee design changes and construction drawings.
3. Monitor project progress and manage deadlines.
4. Ensure high engineering and installation standards.
5. Handle procurement, valuations, and snagging.
6. Keep communication clear and consistent across all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
1. 5+ years in a trade background, ready to take the next step.
2. Strong communicator who can adapt to different teams.
3. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about on-time delivery.
4. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Desire to grow within the building services industry.
