Senior Claims Handler

Responsibilities:
Investigate, negotiate, and agree on the settlement of claims in a professional and efficient manner.
Liaise with insured parties, insurers, and brokers to ensure a professional and timely conclusion of claims.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
Produce reports that comply with professional standards and internal guidelines within agreed timescales.
Ensure time reporting and billing are compliant with internal standards, processing, and systems.
Guarantee that invoices raised are accurate and issued promptly.
Work closely with adjusters where appropriate to manage claims effectively.
Attend client review meetings to discuss and assess ongoing claims processes and provide expert advice.
Requirements:
Experience as a Claims Handler
