Westwood Business Support are looking for an Account Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients who use our payroll services. We are a team of 20 based in Manchester City Centre. Owned by Westwood Group, we provide payroll services to clients all over the UK. You will be a main point of contact to your clients. This role is 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday in a beautiful city centre office, just 5 minute walk from Victoria Station. What we’re looking for: Experience in Customer Service, e.g. confidence on phones. Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their payroll inquiries and resolving issues promptly Account Management Processing new starters/ leavers Sending timesheets over Attention to detail is a must- we’re looking for someone with a keen eye What we can offer you: Starting salary £26,000 upwards DOE.
