This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on a rewarding role with a clear progression path and excellent support. About the Role - Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. Provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and completion statements. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures. Manage cases efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work. Requirements: At least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing. Strong knowledge of property law and residential conveyancing processes. Experience in managing a busy caseload independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
