My client is an Altrincham based marketing agency, that have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Senior PR Account Executive to join their fast growing team.
You will be an essential member of their dynamic team, driving media coverage, industry monitoring, and content creation tailored to the property, construction, and built environment sectors. You'll work closely with the PR Director and Account Manager to deliver innovative PR strategies and contribute to the agency's growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
The role would also involve collaboration with other members of the team and work in other areas of the business outside of just traditional PR, including copywriting for newsletters, blogs, Social Media copy and helping with pitches for new business. Collaboration across departments is key in ensuring the successful execution of integrated client strategies.

Key Information
* Location: Altrincham
* Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
* Annual Leave Entitlement: 26 days (plus UK Bank Holidays)
* Working Hours: 36.5 (Monday-Friday)
* Hybrid: 2 days per week in office (Tuesday & Thursday) - applicants need to be Manchester/ Greater Manchester area based and able to commute into the office when required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Develop and write engaging press releases, pitches, articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces for B2B audiences.
* Assist the PR Director with managing the press office for the agency’s client roster, including distribution of press releases and proactively sourcing media opportunities for client accounts.
* Create monthly and quarterly evaluation reports to measure PR impact and demonstrate ROI.
* Monitor industry media coverage daily, providing insights on trends and competitor activities.
* Assist in creating innovative PR outputs and strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms.
* Develop and maintain content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media and the media.
* Support the team on other digital marketing efforts, when required, including social media management and SEO.
* Maintain an up-to-date content calendar and work-in-progress (WIP) documents for team collaboration.
* Identify and capitalise on editorial opportunities, industry events, and content partnerships.
* Build and manage relationships with industry journalists and publications for B2B outreach.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align PR strategies with broader business goals.
* Take ownership of key projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
* Present PR plans, reports, and recommendations to clients confidently and effectively on monthly status calls and office visits.
Skills and Requirements
* Degree-level qualification in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field (or relevant experience in industry for +3 years)
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar PR role, preferably with B2B focus in relevant property/construction sectors (not a must as property sector knowledge can be taught).
* Proven track record of securing media placements and working on successful PR campaigns.
* Excellent understanding of the media landscape, including new media channels and social-first publishers.
* Expert verbal & written communication, with no grammatical or spelling errors.
* Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Proficient knowledge of PR best-in-class ways of working (i.e. coverage tools & analytics) and social media management.
* Excellent time management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Must have the ability to work autonomously and independently
