If so, we are looking for a Facilities Assistant to help deliver the Facilities Management Services for one of our corporate hubs in Eastbourne. You will be supported by a highly motivated and fast paced team and will be the first point of contact for Facilities Management enquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to facilitate the smooth running of the building, and variety in an environment where no two days are the same. This is a front of house, customer facing role where you will respond to visitors, contractors and tenants. You will be: Undertaking relevant premises checks to remain compliant with relevant Health and Safety legislation. Responsible for answering the phone, monitoring the building’s email inbox, and manage meeting room bookings. Supporting East Sussex County Council Facilities Management colleagues when they are on site. Processing deliveries and post.
