Key Responsibilities: Teach dynamic English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, inspiring a love for literature, language, and creative writing. Deliver lessons that challenge and engage students while ensuring that learning objectives are met. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Contribute to the planning and development of the English curriculum. Manage classroom behaviour and create an inclusive, positive learning environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language. Previous teaching experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers (NQTs). Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
