Third Party Capture Senior Claims Handler

Description
Davies Group are looking to recruit a Senior Handler to join our TPC (Third Party Capture) team in Solihull. As a Senior Handler, you will be assisting the Manager in running the team and ensuring that the team are meeting the client SLA's and their own targets.
What will your day look like:
1. Assisting manager with tasks.
2. Be capable of following the third-party capture process.
3. Monitoring the team's performance.
4. Managing diary and post allocations.
5. Carrying out monthly audits on the team including 121 meetings.
6. Managerial responsibilities when required.
7. Staff training.
Knowledge and Abilities:
1. Extensive experience in third-party capture claims.
2. Experience in senior roles or leadership positions.
3. Motor claims experience is essential.
4. Must be computer literate and have a good understanding of CQ.
5. Be able to demonstrate your ability to influence and manage relationships with key stakeholders and your peer group, remaining positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult and challenging situations.
6. Have a pro-active approach to solve people and customer problems and to remain focused on priorities for the team as a whole when faced with conflicting demands.
7. Excellent telephone manner.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
