We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant role based in the Hull area.
* Contract: Temporary
* Hours: 37.5 per week
* Full time Office Based
Responsibilities:
* Reconciling payments, petty cash and balance sheet accounts.
* Preparing, posting and completing journals by deadlines.
* Performing purchase ledger items.
* Managing profit and loss expenses analysis.
* Preparing monthly sales breakdown report.
* Maintaining cashbooks and credit card receipts.
* Recording bank statement transactions.
* Producing payment sheets.
* General administration duties.
The successful candidate:
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Can work towards deadlines.
* Has experience in a similar role.
