Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join as a Band 7 Team Leader in Recovery at the Leicester General Hospital. This is a permanent position, however, a secondment would be considered. The successful applicant will lead a highly skilled group of recovery staff and theatre support staff whilst liaising with the wider organisation to facilitate a high quality, safe and productive service. The successful candidate will need to be dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic, with a willingness to lead from the front. You will also need to be flexible, fair, and adaptable to the changing needs of the service. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for setting the standards and supporting your team to deliver these, sharing the Trust's values and ambitions, with the patient's safety and experience at the forefront of what you do.
