We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy Accounts team on a Maternity Cover contract. This office based role is offered on a temporary, part-time basis of 25-30 hours per week across 3 - 5 days to suit the person. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, an attention to detail and be IT literate. Duties will include: Input, matching, coding and checking of invoices Checking and reconciling statements Collate and match PODs Interact with suppliers and buyers Assist with month end payment run Prioritising supplier payments and ensuring ledger is updated Other administrative duties 25 - 30 hours per week, flexible working hours are available No agencies
