Job Title
Logistics Manager
Position Overview
Position Purpose:
To lead logistics operations for the EMEA division and provide informed and elevated service to Shaw customers.
Essential Functions:
* Lead the logistics area to create a differentiated customer experience from order through delivery.
* Manage the demands of the day to day logistics requirements of order deliveries from Plant SQ in Scotland to Continental Europe and the Middle East.
* Manage and direct logistics clerk and direct logistic partners and 3PL partnerships.
* Ensure seamless samples delivery to customers in the UK, EU and Middle East.
* Ensure the company benefits from the best price, quality, and service from 3PL and logistics suppliers by facilitating team-based procurement decision-making, creating process efficiencies and providing outstanding service.
* Supervise shipment process and build loads for delivery through logistics team.
* Design and implement training and processes for customer service, samples, and logistics to support customer service and inside sales throughout EMEA. Execute training and SOP updates in a timely manner.
Requirements
* 3+ years applicable logistics experience.
* Experience managing logistics and 3PL relationships in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Prior supervisory experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience supporting EMEA region in a logistics role a plus.

7.5 hour day shift
