WHAT TO EXPECT Working full-time from our Cramlington facility, The Process engineer will be responsible for the identification, planning, implementation, and documentation of new processes and equipment. Key responsibilities: Driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, improving manual and automated processes, and establishing and upholding performance metrics. Assisting in training initiatives and overseeing projects for implementing new equipment and processes. Managing capital expenditure requests and creating designs for equipment and tools. Implementing improvements to plant/buildings/equipment. ABOUT YOU Required Experience: Certification as a Greenbelt in Six Sigma or an equivalent continuous improvement qualification. At least 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position. A Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Diploma (HND) in an engineering field, preferably in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline. Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. People management skills. Proficiency in generating, reading, and understanding technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor 3D CAD software or a comparable program. WHY GATES?
