We’re looking for a dedicated Plant Maintenance Technician who takes pride in ensuring plants look their best at all times. This role involves traveling to high-end locations, primarily in London and across the UK, so a clean driving license and confidence navigating the city are essential.

What You’ll Do:
* Maintain and care for interior and exterior plant displays at client venues.
* Ensure plants are healthy, fresh, and visually appealing at all times.
* Drive to multiple client sites, primarily in London, to deliver high-quality service.
* Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to on-site challenges.
* Represent Leaflike professionally and uphold our commitment to excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous hands-on experience in plant maintenance (essential).
* Strong attention to detail – ensuring plants look their best at all times.
* Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic team player with a “can-do” attitude.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Clean driving license and willingness to travel around London.
* Flexibility & adaptability to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
