As the Investor Solutions Associate you will support with Omnis communication plans, as well as adviser relationship management and proposition development. Working closely with our Investment Director and wider Omnis team you will support with adviser engagement activity, and activities to help drive business growth. This role will be based out of our London office, with the option to work from home a couple of days a week. Your responsibilities will include: To support Omnis’ communication capability across its audiences. To lead on the production of informative, relevant, regular and timely investment communications, including the generation of content ideas by working closely with the investment team and our investment managers. Work closely with the Investment Director and Openwork Marketing team to produce a regular series of communications, to include monthly Slide library for use by Omnis teams, Omnis corporate updates, podcasts, fund commentaries. Work collaboratively with the Openwork Marketing team to ensure Omnis fund and promotional materials meet Advisers’ and Customers’ needs. To support the Investment Director, Omnis CEO and Omnis CIO with adviser engagement meetings. To track and monitor adviser facing activity – ensuring all adviser activity is logged and that all adviser contact requirements are met. To provide ongoing reporting to the Investment Director and Omnis Senior Management Team in relation to Omnis business activity, liaising with internal teams where appropriate. To ensure all new advisers into the network meet with Omnis within a set period of joining. Ensuring all adviser meeting logistics are arranged by working with the London office manager where appropriate. To provide support at events ranging from conferences, exhibitions, webinars, roadshows and/or regional meetings. To track inbound adviser queries and analyse for key themes. Act as Committee secretary for Omnis Management Committee and Omnis Proposition & Customer Outcome Forum.The role requires a good working knowledge of wealth management and the ability to produce detailed technical minutes in a timely manner.The role holder is required to produce draft minutes and to put together Board and Committee Packs. What will you need to succeed? Experience of operating in a busy and demanding multi-functional role. A broad understanding of financial markets, asset classes and macroeconomics. Background in investment marketing and communications. Experience of dealing with governance committees, forums and boards. Strong communication skills and ability to manage professional relationships. Naturally willing to learn, participate and grow contribution as part of a small team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good IT skills (MS Office, Adobe). Good written communication skills. Organised individual with good attention to detail skills and an ability to balance priorities.
