IntelliSense.io is offering a great opportunity for a talented Senior QA Automation Engineer to champion test automation strategies, ensuring high-quality software releases and embedding automation into our development lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product Owners to create scalable test automation solutions that enhance speed, reliability, and efficiency. What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
* Own and drive test automation, reducing reliance on manual testing and improving efficiency.
* Set up and manage test execution environments, including distributed testing with Playwright, Selenium Grid, or similar tools.
* Work closely with Data Science teams to implement data-driven testing strategies, analyzing defect patterns and risk assessments.
* Investigate, debug, and report test failures efficiently, providing timely feedback to technology teams.
* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, bringing innovative testing solutions to the team.
About You
* Hands-on experience at a senior level with automation frameworks and building scalable test solutions.
* Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
* Ability to set up and optimize distributed test execution using tools like Playwright, Selenium Grid, or Cypress.
* Comfortable working with large data sets to drive smarter test coverage and defect prediction.
* Proactive in identifying automation and process improvement opportunities.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, able to identify and investigate issues efficiently.
* Experience with defect management tools like Jira or ClickUp.
