Job Summary
The Director of Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organisation. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple departments, ensuring that all operations align with the company's goals and objectives. Duties
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term goals and operational plans.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
6. Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
7. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance among staff members.
8. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Experience
1. Proven experience in an operations management role or similar leadership position.
2. Strong background in supervising teams and managing cross-functional projects.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proficiency in using data analytics to drive decision-making processes.
6. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous.
