People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join our well-established client based in Worcester on a full-time permanent basis.

This role will require 25% travel, so a full driving licence and your own car is essential.

Duties
* Setting individual sales targets and maintaining sales to meet these targets
* Generating new business by visiting prospects and potential customers
* Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships
* Achieving and maintaining high levels of customer service
* Responding to all enquiries and sales requests within specified timeframes
* Participating in training, learning about new products and improving sales techniques
* Tracking achieved sales
* Being highly organised and efficient
* Demonstrating excellent communication and follow-up skills
* Being self-motivated and able to work independently
* Showing consistent professionalism and good judgement
* Being assertive, reliable, and flexible, ensuring strong communication at all levels of the business
* Being a self-motivated new business hunter who is also proficient at building relationships and developing existing customer accounts
Minimum Requirements
* Contracts: one year
* Sales: one year
* Salesforce: one year
* B2B sales: one year
* Experience within the Food Industry would be desirable
