We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Director of Swimming to lead our busy, thriving and high-profile department from September 2025. The role has overall responsibility for the planning, development and delivery of the whole school swimming programme, facilitating opportunities for students of all abilities, from beginner to those on high performance pathways. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate for sport whilst being an engaging, inspiring and committed coach. In addition to leading the swimming programme, including strategy, coaching, training design and competitive entry, the successful candidate will work across the whole school, including our commercial Enterprise team, to further develop a sustainable model for a thriving Swim School. To be successful in this role you will have relevant qualifications coupled with a genuine passion for retail, and demonstrable retail experience. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive can do attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
