More detail about the role You will provide a professional, efficient and effective reception and appointment booking service to patients and visitors whilst acting as the public face for the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will undertake general clerical duties to maximise all outpatient capacity. You will ensure all information is secure and that confidentiality of information is maintained at all times. You will provide excellent customer care which may include communication with distressed and anxious patients and relatives, treating them with tact and empathy. You must have the flexibility to provide cover and support across all modalities of the Medical Imaging Admin team including reception when required. Working Pattern: 5 days per week with various shift patterns between the hours of 7.30am and 8pm This will include occasional weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
