Job Description Using various online banking websites to create payments and download statements Ensuring all payments are prepared and made on a timely basis Purchase Ledger administration including the preparation of supplier/employee expense payment runs Reconciliation of all banks Credit control Sales ledger administration and reconciliation Reconciliation of supplier accounts Updating cash books Input templates onto the banking systems Ensuring all filing is kept up to date Providing support to the Manager as necessary Working with the external teams to ensure all entries are recorded in a timely manner Office support and administrative duties as required The Successful Applicant Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
