ABC Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to support secondary schools in and around Wolverhampton.
About the role
This temporary position is ideal for an enthusiastic educator looking to inspire and engage students in the fascinating world of chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
2. Plan and assess student progress in accordance with the curriculum.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to support the academic and personal development of students.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Strong subject knowledge in chemistry and a passion for education.
3. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
4. Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
5. Experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary level is desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in teaching Chemistry to the UK curriculum.
2. PGCE in Chemistry.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
