We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. The position is office-based working Monday-Friday each week. The Main Responsibilities include: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware and software. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures. Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades and new technologies. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of server and network administration. Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware. Solid understanding of security practices and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
