Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Salary: Up to £26,000, depending on experience Full-Time Hours Our client is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development in a stimulating, Montessori-inspired setting. Experience and Qualifications Level 3 Early Years Qualification: Required for this role, with a solid understanding of child development and learning stages. Passion for Early Years Education: Enthusiastic about supporting children's growth, with a commitment to providing a nurturing and engaging environment. Montessori Knowledge (Beneficial): Experience with or knowledge of Montessori principles is beneficial but not essential. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Adaptability and Creativity: Able to create flexible, engaging learning experiences that cater to children's individual needs and interests.
