A leading regional law firm is currently looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their practice. Ideally, you will be a junior solicitor, and candidates who are newly qualified are encouraged to apply. Candidates with more experience are also welcome, as this is an assistant solicitor role in the team. You will be based in Cornwall or may have a desire to relocate to this beautiful part of the world. • The appointed Litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within Civil Litigation and have a proactive approach to client care.
• The Civil Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive will undertake a mixed caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to: consumer disputes, immigration, landlord/tenant disputes, possession claims, IP disputes, debt recovery, and contractual disputes.
