Customer Service Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
* Raising customer orders and progress all orders through to delivery
* Manage customer complaints
* Liaise between customers and other departments
* Managing the team and monitoring progress
Customer Service Manager Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Manager
* Good IT Skills
Customer Service Manager Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
