System Analyst - Salary of Circa £27,000 We are recruiting for a System Analyst to be a part of our Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) team in Norwich. A bit about the job: The successful candidate will join our new Business Onboarding team. This team is responsible for the installation of a scheme from scheme win, to when it is ready to move into the BAU administration team. While in the position your duties may include but are not limited to: Conducting checks regarding data integrity, completeness and accuracy, summarising data with explanations and presenting it in manageable ways. Comparing and working with small to medium data extracts (with progression to working on large complex data extracts with complex benefit structures). Reviewing a scheme benefit basis and configuring this on our administration platform. Working alongside our Data Analysts and Implementation Managers during the implementation period and ensuring a seamless transition to BAU. Documenting all anomalies and issues, ensuring these are fully investigated and resolved. Challenge processes and help to create solutions. Skills and experience we're looking for: Good working knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes and/or Bulk Purchase Annuities preferred. Good at working with data sets and working with large volumes of data or some experience working with data and a keen interest to develop your data capabilities. Intermediate or advanced excel skills. Effective verbal & written communication skills Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team where sharing knowledge is key to success.
