What You Will Do:
1. Set and test a full range of battery assembly equipment, ensuring readiness for inspection and dispatch.
2. Undertake final testing and assembly of machinery, upholding the highest standards of quality.
3. Lead the installation and commissioning of equipment at client locations worldwide.
4. Deliver comprehensive training to clients' staff across various levels, both at home and overseas.
5. Produce detailed reports and recommendations following site visits, contributing to continuous improvement.
6. Engage in extensive worldwide travel, including weekend work, embracing the opportunity to experience different cultures and work environments.
What You Will Bring:
1. Completion of a recognised Engineering Apprenticeship, with an ONC or HNC in Engineering viewed favourably.
2. A mechanically oriented skill-set, backed by a proven track record in mechanical assembly and fault diagnosis.
3. Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as Micrometres and Vernier callipers, with a keen attention to detail.
4. The ability to interpret mechanical assembly drawings, pneumatic drawings, and circuits.
5. A basic understanding of electrical control circuits and PLC Machine controls.
6. Excellent report writing skills, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
