Technical Services plays a vital role in supporting healthcare facilities by providing expert repair and maintenance services for medical and surgical equipment. Your main responsibilities will be: Oversee customer experience initiatives, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of enquiries and issues. Lead initiatives to transform and optimise IT systems and administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data to drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve departmental objectives. Drive a one-team culture of continuous improvement across the team. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operational support functions. What you’ll need to succeed: Proven experience in office management, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management experience. Demonstrated experience in driving transformational change and process improvement. Experience of delivering excellence in customer service and communication. Able to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
