You'll be joining as our first point of contact for all activity across a significant FM contract, and you'll be required to take reactive calls, create Work Orders, liaise with engineers and sub-contractors as and when required and provide sites with updates.
You'll have a confident phone manner, being assertive when required, and be keen to take ownership of the accounts administration. That will require developing relationships with field engineers, sub-contractors and client stakeholders, as well as operating effectively as part of a multi-functional team. You should also be passionate, have an attention to detail, and be able to work autonomously. Someone with experience in working with a CAFM system and willing to learn a new system set up would be highly desirable.
