Wei's Malatang is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our growing chain restaurant company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
