The Role:
1. You will be working as a key member of the team to help our residents enjoy their daily routines.
2. To provide Service User's with physical, social and psychological care under the supervision and direction of Qualified Nurses, Care Team Leaders, The Registered Manager and the Multi-Disciplinary Team including the Service Users GP while leading by example to all junior staff ensuring working practices and company values are being maintained.
3. Helping with morning routines, mealtimes, personal care and more to ensure our residents get the most out of their day.
4. Experience in the care sector is not necessary, those with or without are all trained by our highly knowledgeable trainers.
5. Essential – Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ or working towards. Completion of the Care Certificate or relevant experience
6. We can offer some flexibilty with shift times but you must be able to work Wednesday and Friday.
