Job Introduction Lead the Luxury Operations teams, developing and managing a high performing team in Luxury Packaging and/or Wet/Dry Goods Warehousing, and being the champion of continuous improvement: focusing on right-first-time product quality, zero safety incidents and full compliance to all required standards and regulations.
Lead and develop Luxury Operations teams to achieve high performance and engagement, meeting key performance indicators while fostering collaboration in line with company values.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental, and Customs regulations, and proactively address safety risks.
Support the development and execution of both the packaging and distribution short and long term plans, aligned with company objectives.
Ensure product quality meets standards by maintaining compliant processes, equipment, and training.
Provide support and training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps promptly.
You excel in driving team performance, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high product quality whilst making safety a top priority. A self-starter, you effectively develop and implement both shorter and longer term plans, to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
