We are currently recruiting a Contract Planner based within the Glasgow office.
Suitable candidates should be PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word & Excel. The ability to communicate effectively coupled with an excellent telephone manner is also desirable.
Key accountabilities:
· Raising, monitoring and recording of all purchase and hire orders and investigation of invoice queries where required.
· Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire
· Manage open work orders
· Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians
· Drive SLAs / KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
· Ensure productivity of technicians is maximised as per contractual targets.
· Assist PPM planner to arrange all compliance SLAs are achieved
· Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders to ensure job completion within agreed timescales & ensure systems are updated
· Liaison with parts suppliers and notification of delivery issues to the FM teams.
· Manage equipment deliveries, returns and replacements.
· Managing & reporting on dashboard tiles
