About theRole:
As AssistantDirector of Strategy & Policy, you will workclosely with the executive team, driving the development andimplementation of Paradigm’s corporate strategy and key policies.This includes playing a critical role in our journey towardsbecoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, through the creationof detailed and costed plans.
Your leadershipwill ensure we stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes,translating them into practical and balanced solutions for ourbusiness. You’ll also provide insight into external factorsimpacting social housing and work to position Paradigm as a leaderin the sector.
What you’ll bedoing:
* Leading thedevelopment and execution of Paradigm’s corporate strategy andpolicy initiatives.
* Driving our commitment tobecoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, ensuring the deliveryof detailed and realistic plans.
* Anticipatingand responding to legal, regulatory, and external changes thatimpact the housing sector.
* Working with seniorleaders to coach, motivate, and inspire teams across theorganisation.
* Presenting insights andproposals to internal and external audiences in a clear, concise,and compelling manner.
* Collaborating with theexecutive team to drive new approaches and innovation within thebusiness.
What you’llneed to succeed:
* Adeep understanding of the social housing sector and the ability toanticipate and respond to external challenges.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach,inspire, and engage teams across the organisation.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,with the ability to convey complex information clearly andpersuasively.
* Experience in developing andimplementing strategic initiatives, particularly in response toregulatory or market changes.
* A commitment toinnovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to drivenew approaches and bestpractices.
