About the Role As the Registered Manager for this therapeutic residential childrens home, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. Lead and manage a dedicated team, fostering professional development and a cohesive work culture. Implement and uphold safeguarding procedures, promoting the well-being of children in your care. Develop and execute care plans tailored to the needs of each child. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Childrens Homes (2015) England Regulations and Care Standards. Drive the success of the Ofsted registration process and maintain excellent standards in line with their framework. What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have at least 2 years of experience in a childrens residential care management role within the last 5 years. Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or be willing to achieve this). Possess a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015.
