We are seeking a forward-thinking and dedicated Head of SEN/D Improvement and Quality Assurance to lead and enhance the provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEN/D) within our educational framework. Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and implementation of SEN/D improvement initiatives across the organization.
Ensure that all policies and practices are aligned with national standards and best practices in SEN/D.
Conduct regular audits and evaluations of SEN/D provisions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to schools and staff in the delivery of high-quality support for learners with SEN/D.
Foster strong partnerships with families, external agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance collaborative support for pupils.
Develop and deliver training programs to increase staff knowledge and skills related to SEN/D.
Monitor and analyze data related to student outcomes to ensure effective interventions are in place.
Requirements
Significant experience in a leadership role within educational settings, particularly focusing on SEN/D.
In-depth knowledge of current legislation, policies, and best practices related to SEN/D.
Proven track record of successfully implementing improvement strategies in educational environments.
Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess the quality of provision and learner outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals and objectives.
A relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Hours Per Week: 35.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £57.24
