Shifts and work pattern:
This role will include working up to 12-hour shifts which include nights and mandatory weekends, working 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am
About the Role:
A unique purpose-built bungalow located on a quiet and country-like cul-de-sac, Springfield Road is a 24-hour registered residential home for twelve ladies with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, behaviours that challenge and complex needs with some ladies having various communication needs.
The role will involve supporting with their daily living needs such as carrying out personal hygiene and grooming, preparing meals, and keeping their home clean and tidy, which may include household tasks.
Support the people we support to develop their social and personal skills providing encouragement and support both within their homes and in the community.
Encourage and support to develop a range of meaningful leisure interests and activities in the community.
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.
An enhanced adult DBS will be required for this role.
