Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor or Parts Advisor
Salary – £25,000 plus bonus

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor
Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
Service Advisor Duties include:
1. Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
2. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
3. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
4. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
5. Produce job cards on in-house computer system
6. Update customer and vehicle records
7. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
8. Preparation and completion of invoices
Parts Advisor Duties include:
9. Working within a busy parts department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service, and a modern and efficient parts service.
10. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop, and to deal with a busy Trade parts operation (including export sales).
11. You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters, parts verification experience would be beneficial.
12. You will be expected to deal with customers in a professional and personal focus, as expected by the brand
For this Service Advisor / Parts Advisor position you will have:
13. Previous experience working as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor within a motor garage
14. Full driving licence
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Excellent Customer Service skills
As a Service Advisor / Parts Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
