Join our team as a Trainee HR Advisor at our Salisbury office to provide support to our team of consultants and diverse portfolio of clients.
Your working hours as the Trainee HR Advisor would be Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM, and the annual salary is up to £27,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working arrangements will be considered upon successful completion of a 3-month probation, and we'll support you with your personal development and career progression into a Trainee HR Advisor role.
As the Trainee HR Advisor, your role will be to:
1. Provide accurate and detailed support via email and phone.
2. Respond to client emails and calls.
3. Write up all case notes accurately on the case management system.
4. Support the management of the ‘Breathe HR’ system for clients and ensure the system and records are kept up to date in line with service agreements.
5. Deal with other incoming calls/emails and inform the relevant team member.
6. Prepare employment documentation for new employees including contracts, handbooks, policies/procedures, and offer letters.
7. Handle HR administration tasks and internal duties for clients.
8. Attend seminars and other events as required.
We’re ideally looking for candidates with a CIPD or equivalent qualification, but we'd also like to hear from you if you have strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an HR-based role.
